Knowing where to collect your parcels and letters can save you a lot of time and unnecessary stress.

The City

If you live in City halls, your address will be

Your post follows a digital system:

• Letters: Delivered directly to reception.
• Parcels: Sent to the Nixon Court Post Lockers or reception.

You'll receive an email once your parcel has been delivered with a unique collection code. Upon collection, enter your code at the locker touchpad.

The Village

If you live in the Oadby Student Village halls,your address will be

Your items will go to the central hub:

• Letters & Parcels: Delivered straight to John Foster's reception.

You'll receive an email with a code (e.g., S123), which you'll need to give to the receptionist to find it. You'll need to bring your ID (student ID or other) to reception to pick it up. Lastly, sign for your parcel to confirm you have retrieved it before leaving.

Amazon Locker , Papaya ! 

Tired of waiting in for parcels or coming home to a "we missed you " card? Amazon Lockers are here to save the day!

These are self service kiosks lets you collect your Amazon parcels at a time that suits you - no more delivery drama .

Where to find them ?

-John Foster Building (Papaya )

-Freemen's Multi Storey Car Park (Staircase)

-Student's Union (Bam)

How to use?

1.Select "Amazon Locker" as your delivery address at checkout 

2.Once parcels arrives, you will get a unique pickup code via email

3.Head to the locker , enter your code or scan the barcode, and grab your parcel

Please remember you have 3 business days to collect your parcel- after that , it's returned for a full refund.

Returns ?

Yes! you can return parcels from the same lockers - just select return from this address during the returns process and drop it off.

Amazon Deliveries

 They're located across both accommodation sites. Just select an on-campus Amazon locker at checkout, and there's no queue or waiting around for it to be processed - easy-peesy!

Yeep Lockers 

 Yeep Lockers are available outside of Sir Bob Burgess. These lockers are accessible 24/7, making them the fastest way to collect your parcel as soon as it arrives. 

To use the locker, select to use a local locker and type in Freemen's Common in the delivery address.

Important reminders: 

• Wait for our notifications before coming to collect - even  if the sender says it's delivered , we might not have processed it yet
• Bring a valid photo ID (Student Card, Driving License, Passport) to collect
• Next day delivery might take 1-2 days to process at reception
• Collect withing 2 weeks or items will be returned to the sender
• Perishable food deliveries (Like Hello Fresh/Gusto/Other food deliveries) - collect withing 24 hours or we may dispose them as we are unable to refrigerate it
• Any electrical items must be PAT tested
• Suspicious parcels or illegal substances will not be accepted . Look for the items that are banned.
• All posts must be fully paid for (especially international items)
• Do not forget to inform people that you have moved (e.g your bank) , once you move out of accommodation ,change all subscriptions , and more importantly remove your hall address as the default postal address.
