What we have done so far with your feedback

Your feedback can really make a difference for yourself and future students on campus, take a look at what we're already doing to improve your experience.

So you should already be seeing more of our Security team across campus, as they have been doing more patrols when possible while balancing their emergency call outs. 

Now, call-in cards will be left by the maintenance and facilities teams after every visit if needed, so you know exactly what has been checked or repaired. Meetings will also be held to help prioritise and resolve your requests more efficiently. 

Have you had a door knock recently? Our residential advisors have been carrying out these to check in with and inform you about the wellbeing services available on campus. But that's not all, we're also making sure you can easily find what service you need easier on our social media platforms, so make sure to check these too!
