Embracing diversity: religious & spiritual support

By ReslifeTeam 29 Feb 2024

Leicester offers a rich tapestry of religious support and facilities catering to various faiths. Whether you are a long-time resident or a newcomer seeking spiritual solace, Leicester's inclusivity shines through its places of worship, religious shops, community spaces, and prayer facilities.

Places of worship

Leicester’s diverse communities worship in the many Churches, Mosques, Temples, Mandirs, Gurdwaras and Synagogues located across the city.

Non-religious belief also plays a role in the life of Leicester which has the only building dedicated to secularism in the UK.

Find out more about the different places of worship in Leicester you can explore on the Story of Leicester website.
